Hennessy Artistry ends 2010 with a bang!
After months of resonating through clubs around Kuala Lumpur , Penang and Kota Kinabalu, H-Artistry “The Global Art of Mixing” finished off the year with a ground shaking night last month with more than 4-thousand party goers gathered under one roof!
Staying true to H-Artistry’s innovative approach in blending musical genres of the East and West, Taiwan ’s rhythm pumping HipHop quartet, Da Mouth, took on the stage and got the crowd pumping to their feet! Regarded as the Black Eyed Peas of Asia, the group is formed by many hyphens: Canadian-Taiwanese MC 40, Korean-Taiwanese-American male vocalist Harry, Japanese-Taiwanese DJ Chung Hua, and Japanese female vocalist Aisa.
However, leading the line-up at the upcoming H-Artistry party is Canadian Hip-Hop icon, Kardinal Offishall. Joining them on 2010’s biggest H-Artistry stage yet is DJ Alex Dreamz, one of America ’s top disc jockeys.
The Artiste line-up for the night
A Hennessy Mix Master booth greeted the crowd at the entrance where they were guided by a professional DJ to mix and create their own beats, which they can eventually post up on Youtube for a chance to win a 1.5L of Hennessy V.S.O.P. 20-year-old Candice from Subang Jaya shared her experience with us.
"It has always been a dream to be a professional DJ and it was really an experience to mingle with beats and just let loose. Hennessy Artistry is truly an event you would not want to miss!" said Candice who was also in the process of being a vocalist.
Aside from trying out different beats, there were various Hennessy booths suchs as the Hennessy Digital Light Art FX where guests could bring out their inner creativity by designing their own Hennessy V.S.O.P desktop wallpaper and the Hennessy Mixing Bar where 4 signature Hennessy V.S.O.P long drinks such as Hennessy Citrus, Hennessy Apple, Hennessy Ginger and Hennessy Berry were laid out for guests to try their hand in being their very own bartender!

Completely revolutionizing the arena into a classy world-class club set-up, the arena was plastered with countless plasma screens displaying head-turning visuals and futuristic bars.
"It was so beautifully designed that I could not stop taking pictures as reference for my future inspiration!" said 22-year-old Kamen, an Interior Design student from Raffles Institute, KL.
